Position: Social Media Specialist
Location: Toccoa Georgia

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
   
• Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform
   
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategy to increase engagement, followers, and conversions
   
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends and platform updates
   
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency
   
• Manage the content calendar and schedule posts
   
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, messages, and comments
   

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
   
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills
   
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
   
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
   
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
   
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus!

Position: Manager Trainee – Music Store
Location: Toccoa, Georgia

• Learn all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service
   
• Assist customers in finding the perfect instruments, accessories, and gear to meet their needs
   
• Support and eventually lead a team of music lovers and retail professionals
   
• Help plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and educational workshops
   
• Contribute to a welcoming, knowledgeable, and music-centered store environment
   
• Grow into a store management role through hands-on training and mentorship
   

• A strong passion for music—whether you play an instrument, teach, or just love the industry
   
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience (preferred but not required)
   
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
   
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
   
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
